SmartSchedule Driver is a platform for vehicle dealers to find, schedule and pay freelance drivers to complete dealer trades and inventory re-balancing between dealer locations.
Drivers with the app set to "Available to Drive" will be alerted when a local auto dealer is requesting the driver for an open driving job. The job request that the driver receives on their android device shows when the driver is needed on site, the destination dealer location, estimated round trip distance and the payment amount. The driver can accept, or decline, the job. The driver can follow a Google maps feature in the app if they need driving directions to the destination dealer.
SmartSchedule Driver sends an online PayPal payment link to the dealer when the app's "Job Complete" button is pressed after the driver has delivered the vehicle to the requesting dealer. The full job amount is made to the driver's PayPal account, less a small service fee to SmartSchedule Apps for use of the app and tracking their 1099 earnings from the vehicle dealers.
